I believe in empowering & inspiring women to adopt an individual approach to wellness & avoid a "quick fix" mentality. My healthy woman, healthy womb programme focuses on long term lifestyle changes to support your overall health & happiness - for you, your womb & your baby.

This doesn't need to be overwhelming: a little progress every day over the 12 weeks, leads to great results.

Following your consultation, you will be provided with easy lifestyle modifications as well as ongoing support that will educate you with the practical life skills that allow you to achieve your goals.

12 week 1:1 coaching package consisting of:

  • In-depth initial consultation of your  current lifestyle, habits and eating patterns.
  • 60min 1:1 coaching every 2 weeks (face to face or Skype) which includes discussion of your health needs, strategies and goal setting to get you where you want & overcome challenges
  • Individualized action plan and session notes
  • Meal inspiration suited to your lifestyle and budget
