Pre-conception wellness workshop
- We have a fabulous venue nestled in the Whakawerawera forest, where we will dedicate this time for you to learn & practice strategies to build your resilience and to help manage stress & anxiety before you get pregnant and/or to help you become pregnant.
- Explore & understand the role your microbiome has to play on your health and how it can effect your fertility and potentially the health of your baby.
- Enjoy a fun, interactive & supportive day, where we share, connect & learn from each other and leave feeling empowered & inspired.
- Knowledge is power and education can create understanding. You will leave with knowledge, skills & strategies for getting "baby fit". Tips and practical advice for boosting your fertility & ability to produce the healthiest egg and best sperm possible to conceive a healthy pregnancy & a healthy and happy baby.
- Learn & understand what and where toxins are, how they can be affecting your fertility and what you can do to minimise their effect on you.
- Enjoy nourishing refreshments over the day
- Take away a goodie bag & resources for your reference

What to bring:
- We will make the most of the benefits of our forest environment (weather dependent) so please bring suitable walking shoes to aid your enjoyment
- And we will finish our day with the most wonderful restorative yoga, so please also bring comfortable/stretchy clothing, warm socks etc
