Learn how to build your resilience to manage anxiety & stress
Pregnancy Wellness & Birth Skills workshop
- We have a fabulous venue nestled in the Whakawerawera forest, where we will dedicate this time for you to learn & practice strategies to build your resilience and to help manage stress & anxiety before your baby is born, supporting your motherhood transition.
- Explore the first hour or so of your baby's life & the role your microbiome has to play on the health of your baby
- You will enjoy a fun, interactive & supportive day, where we share, connect & learn from each other and leave feeling empowered & relaxed to enjoy your pregnancy
- Knowledge is power and education can create understanding. You will leave with knowledge, skills & strategies for coping with labour, & birthing your baby confidently. You will have the ability to overcome any fears you may have around birth and feel empowered to have a positive birthing experience (however it looks for you), where you are able to connect with your new baby.
- Learn what and where toxins are and what you can to to minimise their effect on you and your baby
- Enjoy nourishing refreshments over the day
- Takeaway a goodie bag & resources for your reference
